Your body has a way of speaking to you and it’s really important to listen carefully to what it tries to tell you.
How to notify all the signals?
The ways to do that would be to pay attention to signs that it gives you, such as changes in the color of your body parts or sensations and desires that you find uncommon.

  • Sleep can boost your immune system.
  • A good sleep can prevent weight gain.
  • It strengthens your heart .Not getting enough sleep can lead to heart health problems like high blood pressure or heart attacks.
  • Sleep can increase exercise performance.
  • Sleep improves your memory power.
  • Sleep increase concentration in your work.
  • You sleep well, you wake up feeling rested. Feeling rested and relaxed you will feel happy. Hence sleeping lift up your mood.
  • Sleeping reduces your stress and depressions as it relaxes your brain from the bad thoughts.

Here are some signals given by your body that shouldn’t be ignored:

  • Pink feet: if you noticed that your feet are really pink and the skin looks really thin and wrinkled, you should get a blood test. Causes: diabetes.
  • Thinning eyebrows: if you notice that your eyebrows are becoming thinner, you should have your thyroid checked out. Causes: hypothyroidism
  • Swollen toes: even if you have clear skin, no irritation, no itching but your toes are swollen, you should see a doctor. This may cause psoriatic arthritis
  • Facial drooping, arm weakness, or slurred speech may cause stroke
  • Unexplained weight loss: this can be indicative of many things including ovarian cancer or an endocrine or autoimmune issue.
  • Constant thirst: it is sign of diabetes because high blood-sugar levels cause an imbalance of water in the body.
  • Jaw, shoulder and back discomfort: it may be a sign of heart disease.
  • Shortness of breath: this signal notifies us there’s an underlying health problem like obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis, or possibly a blood clot.
  • Blurry vision isn’t just a sign that you need new glasses they may be the sign of more serious health problems like diabetes or possibly a stroke.
